Practice Support Lawyer (Corporate Law)

Our client, a leading national Canadian law firm, is seeking a Practice Support Lawyer to join its Business Law group in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate/business law, with a strong background in private and/or public M&A and capital markets, gained at a large law firm. Experience in knowledge management is an asset.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a strategic, national role supporting precedent development, knowledge management, and associate training initiatives. The position is hybrid (4 days in office) and offers exposure to innovative transactions, collaboration with cross-functional teams, reasonable hours,  involvement in legal technology, and AI-driven initiatives, all within a highly regarded and collegial environment.
