Stephen Henderson Joins Cassels Brock

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Stephen Henderson has joined the firm's Toronto office as a member of our Intellectual Property Group.

Stephen Henderson is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Stephen was both a summer and articling student at the firm. During that time, he gained experience in Trademarks Opposition Board matters, copyright disputes, managing intellectual property portfolios and the drafting of various agreements and defences. During his articles, Stephen assisted with the yearly update to the Watson & McGowan Annual Survey of Recent Developments in Civil Procedure. Read More.
