Amelia Miao Joins Osler’s Toronto Office

Osler is pleased to announce that Amelia Miao has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Amelia’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and general corporate matters. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2010 and completed her articles with the firm from 2011-2012, during which time she was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission. Amelia returned to Osler as an associate in 2012.
