Eric leads FCT’s legal services team including claims, underwriting, corporate and employment law. Eric joined FCT in 2001 as National Commercial Counsel and he remains active in our commercial title insurance area, where he is a recognized authority in Canadian commercial title insurance.

From 1997 to 2001, Eric worked as a lawyer at the national law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, with a focus on commercial real estate and financing. Please contact Eric at [email protected].
