Leveraging more than 30 years’ unique expertise, Connie combines her strength and skills as an executive leader with her versatility and experience as a leading legal practitioner. As a member of FMC’s National Securities | Corporate Finance and M&A Groups, Connie provides advice to top-tier national and international businesses on complex legal and business matters, with a specific focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance.

Connie has been honoured not only for her professional excellence, but also the significant role she has played in advancing the economic empowerment of women, and in the promotion and advancement of women in the capital markets. In recognition of her dedication, she was named as one of the Women’s Executive Network’s, Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 and as one of the International Alliance for Women’s 2010 World of Difference 100. Currently, one of Connie’s most significant and inspiring contributions to community service includes serving as Chair of the Hospital for Sick Children’s Board of Trustees, demonstrating her keen business acumen, energetic leadership and social responsibility.
