Stockwoods announces new partner Samuel M. Robinson

Effective January 1, 2015, Sam Robinson has been made partner at Stockwoods.  Sam joined the firm in 2014 as Counsel.

Sam has developed extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, fraud matters, and broker-dealer liability. He regularly represents shareholders, directors and officers of public and private corporations.
