Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP Welcomes Associate Josh Rosen

Josh Rosen joins Goldman Sloan Nash and Haber LLP as an Associate, practising corporate/commercial law and commercial leasing.

Practice Focus:

In his developing commercial leasing practice, Josh advises landlord and tenant clients on drafting and negotiating agreements for commercial leases primarily in the retail space. Josh’s corporate/commercial practice focuses on transactional, corporate governance and compliance matters, leveraging his broad expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.

Josh’s background includes exposure to corporate/commercial and securities transactions across an array of industries gained at a national and an international law firm. During his articles, Josh completed a secondment in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. Before joining GSNH LLP, Josh maintained a private corporate law practice offering legal services to growth businesses in the technology and startup spaces.

While completing his law degree at the University of Windsor, Josh maintained a diverse extra-curricular portfolio that included, among other activities, working as a legal consultant at the University’s startup incubator, serving as a campus ambassador for the Ontario Bar Association, and co-chairing the law student council’s revenue generation committee. As an undergraduate at the University of Toronto, Josh received the Gordon Cressy Award for Outstanding Student Leadership recognizing his involvement in the Jewish campus community.
