We are delighted to welcome new associate lawyer Giselle Davidian to Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP.

Giselle assists a wide variety of clients with their environmental law and environmental litigation needs.  Giselle’s practice focuses on managing environmental risks associated with contaminated land, appealing regulatory orders, defending regulatory prosecutions, obtaining regulatory approvals and transactional due diligence.

Giselle obtained her B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill University.  Prior to attending law school, Giselle obtained her B.Sc. and M.Env.Sc. from the University of Toronto.  Giselle completed her articles at Willms & Shier.
