Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Jeremy Burke has become a partner of the firm.

Jeremy is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. His practice focuses on mid-market private business acquisitions and dispositions, commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other business ownership arrangements. Jeremy provides regulatory compliance advice to public and private companies primarily in transportation, import/export, franchising, renewable energy and retail industries.

Jeremy also advises charities and not-for-profits on matters including corporate governance best practices, commercial arrangements, certain charity-specific issues and on compliance with the new federal and pending Ontario not-for-profit corporate statutes.
