Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP Welcomes Joyce Tam as Partner

Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP is pleased to announce Joyce Tam has become a Partner of the firm.

Joyce joined Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP in 2012 after practicing professional liability and commercial litigation with a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. She obtained her articles by clerking for the Superior Court of Justice, Central West Region, where she gained exposure to a wide variety of law, including criminal, family, administrative, commercial, and civil law. She has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Civilian Police Commission, the Ontario Superior Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Joyce’s practice at the firm focuses on representing clients in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and tort defence matters. She also has experience with priority disputes, loss transfer claims, and accident benefits claims.

Joyce speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
