Nathaniel B.F. Marshall Joins Cassels Brock

Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Nathaniel B.F. Marshall has joined our Toronto office as an associate in our Employment & Labour.

Nathaniel Marshall is an associate with our Employment & Labour Group, and practices in all areas of employment and labour law.

Nathaniel is an experienced advocate and has represented employers at grievance arbitrations, during collective bargaining, as well as in various proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He has also appeared before a variety of other administrative tribunals. Additionally, Nathaniel regularly provides employers with advice on employment contracts, human rights issues, occupational health and safety, disability management, terminations, and workplace policies.
