Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Nicholas Smith has joined the firm as an associate in our Waterloo office.

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Nicholas Smith has joined the firm as an associate in our Waterloo office.

Nicholas provides advice to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a range of labour and employment issues including: employment contracts, interest arbitrations, labour disputes, wrongful dismissal and human rights applications.

Nicholas obtained his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. While at Queen’s, he competed for the Tortfeasor’s rugby team and volunteered for a local heritage preservation organization. Nicholas has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Geography and Economics from the University of Toronto as well as a Masters degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge.
