Bennett Jones is pleased to welcome Hennadiy Kutsenko to our Tax Department in our Toronto office.

Clients call on Hennadiy Kutsenko to assist on income tax, GST/HST and provincial tax matters.

Hennadiy has a special interest in the taxation of financial institutions and investment funds, such as pension plans, mutual funds and investment limited partnerships. His experience includes corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions, public and private mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financings and employment taxes.

Hennadiy previously worked in the Canadian offices of an international law firm and a global audit firm, as well as in the pension policy department of a major pension plan.

In addition to English, Hennadiy is fluent in French, Russian and Ukrainian.
