Mathews Dinsdale Congratulates New Partner Deanah I. Shelly

Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Deanah I. Shelly has joined the firm’s partnership. Working out of our Toronto office, Deanah is a member of the Firm’s national Occupational Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation Practice Group.  She has been practicing occupational health and safety law for several years and provides strategic and pragmatic advice on all matters involving workplace safety.  She is the Vice-Chair of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee of the Canadian Association of Counsel to employers and represents employers and management in health and safety and other regulatory litigation.  In addition, Deanah conducts internal investigations on matters related to health and safety and conducts tailored training seminars for employers and management on all matters respecting workplace health and safety.
