Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Rebecca Liu has joined the firm as an associate in our Toronto office. Rebecca represents private and public sector employers in grievance arbitrations, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissal claims, employment standards complaints and employment contract disputes. She regularly appears before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Federal Court.
