Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomes Natalie Tershakowec as an associate.

Natalie practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Natalie joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and articled with the firm in 2019-2020.

Natalie earned a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University.
