Hicks Morley Welcomes Associate Shauna Bartlett

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Shauna Bartlett has joined the firm as an associate in our Ottawa office. Shauna provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues arising in the workplace. This includes wrongful dismissal actions, collective bargaining, labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodation and employment standards.

Shauna received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where she was the recipient of the Queen’s Law Prize in Collective Agreements and the Vincent Principi Memorial Award in Labour Law. Prior to her J.D., Shauna completed her Bachelor’s Degree in history and philosophy at Queen’s. Shauna articled with the firm before returning as an associate.
