Hicks Morley Welcomes Emerson Wargel

Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Emerson Wargel has joined the firm as an associate in our Waterloo office. Emerson provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, employment standards and litigation matters.

Emerson received his J.D. from the Western University Faculty of Law, where he received the Law Society of Ontario award for academic excellence. Before attending law school, Emerson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science (Honours with Distinction). Emerson articled with the firm before returning as an associate.
