Ryan Cooper is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate practice group, where he focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, financing, and general corporate and commercial matters. He has experience representing individual and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of small and large businesses. He also advises lenders and borrowers on financing transactions.

Ryan is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He received his J.D. from Queen’s University.
