Hicks Morley is pleased to announce that Agatha Suszek has joined the firm’s Toronto office as an associate.

Agatha represents and advises employers on a variety of matters related to employment law and human rights. She provides advice on a number of workplace-related issues including discrimination, accommodation and discipline, and she has developed expertise in advising clients on a variety of privacy and freedom of information matters. She has appeared as counsel on matters before the Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals.
