Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Virginie Vigeant has joined the Firm as Counsel. Virginie has been supporting employers in managing their day-to-day operations for almost two decades. She has a diverse workplace law practice and represents employers in both Quebec and British Columbia. Virginie was previously in-house counsel for a leading Canadian post-secondary institution, and an employee relations manager for a large shipyard and marine transportation enterprise. Virginie provides advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of matters, including the interpretation of collective agreements, the development and application of policies and discipline and grievance management. Virginie also acts as spokesperson in collective bargaining and supports employers through labour disputes.
