Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to strengthen its talent pool, knowledge, and experience with the addition of Lawyer License Processing Candidate, Doug Chalke.

Doug’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and investigations. Doug joined Lenczner Slaght after practicing at a top litigation boutique in New York City, where his representations encompassed a broad array of matters including defending clients accused of various forms of fraud, handling shareholder derivative actions, and representing individuals and business entities being investigated by the government. Doug also practiced in the New York City office of a leading international law firm, where he represented clients in multiple federal trials, winning favourable results for the clients.

Doug completed his JD at Cornell Law School, where he earned multiple awards including the Dean’s Scholarship and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Sports Law.
