Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to add to its collective experience and knowledge with the addition of Herschel Chaiet.

Herschel graduated from Western University’s Faculty of Law, where he worked as a research assistant in the conflict of laws, as an editor for the Western Journal of Legal Studies, and successfully competed in several trial and appellate advocacy competitions. Herschel summered and articled at Lenczner Slaght, working in a variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation, intellectual property, professional liability, and public law.
