Emily joined the firm as a summer student before accepting clerkships at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and Supreme Court of Canada. Since returning to Polley Faith as a lawyer, Emily has proven herself as a star litigator with exceptional courtroom presence. Emily has acted on a broad range of matters, from high-stakes commercial and partnership disputes to public inquiries. Emily is a dedicated mentor to our students and associates and a valued colleague to the whole Polley Faith team.
