Tyr is pleased to welcome Maria Naimark to the partnership. Maria is an accomplished advocate. As a member of Tyr’s elite trial team she has substantial experience in commercial, securities and infrastructure related disputes. Maria graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude, clerked at the Ontario Court of Appeal and practised as a corporate litigator at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York prior to joining Tyr.
