Ash Halabi is a dealmaker’s lawyer with a strong track record of advising clients on complex commercial real estate and business transactions.

Prior to joining Loopstra Nixon LLP, Ash built a successful practice focused on delivering practical, results-driven legal solutions to entrepreneurs, privately held companies and institutional clients across a wide range of industries.

With extensive experience in real estate transactions, Ash regularly advises on the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial properties, with a strong focus on commercial leasing and secured lending matters. He also frequently acts as lead counsel on mergers and acquisitions of businesses, franchising, corporate reorganizations and financing transactions, including both debt and equity.

In addition to transactional work, Ash serves as a trusted advisor to clients on day-to-day corporate matters, including corporate governance, shareholder and partnership agreements, and strategic business structuring.
