Miller Thomson Welcomes Jeff Gebert

Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that Jeff Gebert has joined the Firm as a Partner, effective June 30th. His arrival strengthens the Firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities group.

Jeff specializes in capital markets and securities law, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions across various industries including the mining, natural resources, technology, cannabis and real estate sectors. With previous experience as in-house counsel for an international logistics company, Jeff brings a practical approach to his legal practice. He has a track record of handling significant transactions for issuers and investment banks in various high-profile deals. Jeff is committed to providing strategic legal solutions to his clients.

Prior to law, Jeff practiced as an engineer in the natural resources sector and as a scientist in a high technology start-up.

Jeff has successfully navigated complex transactions and provided invaluable counsel to clients in diverse sectors. His contributions have been instrumental in facilitating multi-million-dollar deals and driving client success. He is also an active member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM).
