We are proud to announce that Douglas Montgomery has been admitted to the partnership.

Douglas is a dedicated advocate whose practice focuses on contractual and commercial disputes, public and administrative law, and professional discipline and regulation. A former clerk to the Honourable Michael J. Moldaver at the Supreme Court of Canada, Douglas has appeared at every level of court in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Outside of his practice, Douglas is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School where he teaches statutory interpretation.

Prior to his legal career, Douglas worked in the public sector on regulatory modernization initiatives at a federal Crown Corporation.
