Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Canada is seeking a corporate/commercial lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join its fantastic team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work at a highly regarded and influential national organization in a broad and interesting role. This position includes supporting complex corporate initiatives, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and providing practical legal advice across the organization.
