Corporate Lawyer (7+ Years of Call)

We are looking for a qualified Corporate Lawyer with 7+ years of experience in M&A, banking and finance, corporate reorganizations, and/or corporate commercial matters to join our busy Corporate Law Group. A strong work ethic, legal, organizational skills, combined with the desire to play a key role in a high functioning team are essential to the role. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as a member of a collegial team. Excellent written and communication skills are required. The annual salary range for this role is: $185,000 and plus.
