Commercial Litigation Associates (4+ years)

Walker Law is a Toronto-based litigation firm focused on high-stakes advocacy and strategic problem-solving. Our team includes an elected Bencher and Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation.

We are seeking two experienced litigators to join our growing practice.

Senior Associate – Litigation (7–10+ Years)

The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator looking to take on a leadership role. Clear pathway to Partnership consideration within one year.

• 7–10+ years exclusively in private practice in commercial litigation.
• Able to run complex commercial caseload independently.
• Demonstrated success with reported decisions and trial work.
• Interested in firm leadership and mentoring.

Hybrid Model: At least 1–2 days in-office.

Associate – Litigation (4–6 Years)

Property Disputes | Construction Liens | Fraud

• Proven experience arguing motions and Court of Appeal appearances.
• Strong track record with complex reported decisions.
• Meaningful community involvement or board experience.
• A desire to mentor junior staff and engage in business development.

Hybrid Model: At least 3 days in-office.
