Oatley Vigmond Personal Injury Lawyers is pleased to announce that Tudor Gagea has joined the firm as an Associate Lawyer.

Tudor represents individuals and families affected by serious personal injuries, with a practice focused on personal injury litigation, accident benefits disputes, and catastrophic injury claims. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges and obtain the support and compensation they need following life altering injuries.

Tudor was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 after earning his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. He also holds a Bachelor of Paralegal Studies with Dean’s Honours from Humber Polytechnic, where he developed a strong foundation in advocacy, legal research, and access to justice initiatives.

In addition to his legal practice, Tudor remains actively involved in the legal community. He serves on the Editorial Board of Humber Polytechnic’s Journal of Paralegal Access to Justice and contributes as an Alumni Reviewer for the institution’s Program Evaluation Committee. His commitment to professional development and legal education reflects his dedication to advancing the profession and serving clients at the highest level.

Tudor is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Simcoe County Law Association.
