Brian Murphy has a general corporate and commercial law practice, advising entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and private corporations.

His experience includes serving as a legal compliance analyst at one of the world’s largest financial institutions, providing valuable insight into the regulatory and commercial environment in which businesses operate. Combining his legal expertise, he offers clients unique insights and practical business solutions.

Dual-qualified and admitted as a lawyer in Canada and Ireland, Brian brings a global perspective to commercial transactions.
