Loopstra Nixon Welcomes Monika Morcos as an Associate

Monika Morcos has joined as an Associate in the firm’s Wills, Trusts & Estates group.

Monika Morcos is a lawyer in the firm’s Estate Litigation Group.

Monika earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, where she graduated with magna cum laude distinction. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science, with High Distinction, from the University of Toronto. During law school, Monika served as a Clinic Division Leader and Caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic, where she managed several client files, and acted as a member of the Clinic’s Steering Committee.

Monika began her legal career at Loopstra Nixon as a summer student and later articled with the firm before returning as an Associate.

Outside the office, Monika enjoys traveling to new cities, visiting art galleries and museums, and exploring the Toronto food scene.
