Rowand LLP is pleased to welcome Greg Hong to the firm as an Associate.

Greg’s practice spans a broad spectrum of intellectual property work, focusing particularly on patent and trademark prosecution. He obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2025, where he was awarded the John McCamus Prize in Contracts and the Gowling WLG Best Blog in IP Law and Technology Prize, and represented the law school in the 2024 USPTO National Patent Application Drafting Competition. Before entering law, Greg completed a Ph.D. in Medical Biophysics at Western University, with a research focus on quantitative MRI techniques for monitoring 3D-printed orthopedic implants.

We are excited to add Greg to our team, whose scientific acumen and legal skill together make him an outstanding fit for the nuanced, technically demanding work our clients rely on us to handle.
