Pallett Valo welcomes Marco Lippi who has joined the firm’s Business Law practice.

Marco Lippi provides practical legal advice to a diverse client base on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, internal reorganizations, and a wide range of corporate governance matters.

Clients value Marco for his ability to move transactions forward efficiently and for the advice he provides to support confident business decision-making.

Marco Holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Toronto and an LLB from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom. He was called the bar in 2015.
