Paliare Roland welcomes Nico Waltenbury

Nico Waltenbury has joined Paliare Roland as a new associate.

Paliare Roland is pleased to welcome Nico Waltenbury back to the firm as an associate.

Nico summered at Paliare Roland and completed his articles as a judicial law clerk at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Nico completed his legal education as a McCall MacBain scholar at the McGill University Faculty of Law. At law school, he was a senior editor of the McGill Law Journal, participant in the Laskin Moot, teaching assistant for 1L Torts/Extracontractual Obligations, and volunteer student researcher for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.

Prior to law school, Nico worked full-time for two years in communication and consulting roles. He previously earned undergraduate degrees in political science and business administration at Western University. In recognition of his community volunteer work, he was proud to receive the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee award in 2022.
