Corporate Associate Lawyer

Wilson Vukelich LLP is looking for a Corporate Associate to join our growing corporate practice.

We’re a well-established business law firm with a collaborative team, a diverse client base, and an opportunity for an experienced associate to take on interesting work and build a long-term career with us.

The Opportunity

Our Corporate Group consists of six lawyers who advise businesses ranging from start-ups to some of North America’s largest public companies.

You’ll work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and commercial transactions.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your files, work directly with clients, and develop your practice with the support of experienced lawyers and a dedicated team of law clerks and assistants.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a lawyer with at least four years of corporate law experience who:

• Has strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills.
• Has experience with acquisitions, reorganizations, and shareholder agreements.
• Is comfortable managing files independently while knowing when to collaborate.
• Enjoys working directly with clients and providing practical business advice.
• Wants to continue developing professionally and take on greater responsibility.

Our salary range for a 4+ year associate is $135,000 to $175,000 based on 1,100 billable hours, plus an attractive bonus plan that rewards performance with achievable targets and meaningful additional earning potential.
