Litigation Associate (1-3 Years)

We are seeking a litigation associate with one to three years of experience to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated files while developing your own advocacy skills and practice. The successful candidate will receive significant responsibility, direct client contact, and meaningful courtroom exposure at an early stage of their career.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario;
• One to three years of litigation experience at a recognized law firm;
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills;
• Excellent academic credentials;
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills;
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
• A demonstrated interest in litigation and advocacy.
