Amelias practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and general corporate matters. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2010 and completed her articles with the firm from 2011-2012, during which time she was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission. Amelia returned to Osler as an associate in 2012.
