Arlene Mack Joins Osler’s Toronto Office

Osler is pleased to announce that Arlene Mack has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Group.

October 9, 2012

Arlene completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School and her M.B.A., specializing in Finance and Strategic Management, at the Schulich School of Business. During her studies, Arlene participated in numerous global initiatives. She studied abroad in Italy and France, participated in a global leadership program in Israel and volunteered at the human rights law network in India. Prior to law school, Arlene obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and worked for several years in the information technology industry as a business consultant and project manager. Arlene has spent time in Osler’s business law departments with a focus on corporate law and was seconded to Osler’s New York office during her articles.
