Black Sutherland welcomes Blair Nitchke as Partner

Black Sutherland is pleased to welcome Blair Nitchke to the firm as Partner.

As a senior litigator, Blair has acquired extensive jury trial experience at the Superior Court of Justice where she has won several jury and judge-alone trials for the defence. Blair has also successfully appeared as lead counsel before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court.

Blair’s areas of practice include general civil litigation, motor vehicle accidents, Occupiers’ Liability, and insurance coverage work. In addition to successfully winning civil trials, Blair has also been successful in defending criminal matters before the Superior Court of Justice.
