Peter practices primarily in the areas of corporate and partnership income taxation. He is involved in the planning of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings and restructurings. Peter also provides ongoing tax planning advice to private equity funds, as well as mutual fund trusts, exchange-traded funds and other pooled fund entities. He also advises clients on tax objections and appeals.
