Blaney McMurtry LLP  is pleased to announce that Tobin Horton has become a Partner of the firm.

Tobin Horton is a member of the firm’s Insurance Litigation Group. His personal injury practice focuses on defending claims involving motor vehicle accidents, tavern liability, occupiers’ liability, product liability and professional negligence. He also manages property damage cases which deal with issues of negligent design and construction defects.
