Caroline Meyer joins Miller Thomson’s Waterloo office
July 26, 2011Carolines practice focuses on the defence of first party claims made pursuant to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and on the defence of third party insurance claims.
Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Caroline was an associate at a well-known personal injury law firm in Toronto, where she represented clients at examinations for discovery, examinations under oath, mediations and pre-trial conferences. Caroline has acted as trial and appellate counsel, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Caroline is also experienced with representing clients in mediations through the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).
