Jacqueline is a lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office, providing advice and representation to clients on a wide range of labour and employment issues. Jacqui is a relationship-builder and a strategic problem-solver. She is a trusted advisor for clients on mitigating risks during significant workplace changes, including restructuring. Jacqueline is also a strong advocate, representing clients in human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissal claims, labour injunctions, employment standards complaints, and employment contract disputes. In addition to her advisory and advocacy practice, Jacqui also frequently conducts in-house training for clients on a variety of topics, such as workplace investigations, respect in the workplace, and human rights accommodation.
