Lerners is pleased to announce that Nadia Jandali Chao has joined the firm as a partner in our Toronto office.
Nadia will be bringing almost two decades of experience in demanding and complex private practice and in-house environments to our Business Law and Specialty Risk and Insurance groups, where she will continue to serve clients as a trusted and strategic advisor on matters relating to data protection and privacy, risk management, and corporate governance.
Nadia has a unique and well-rounded perspective that serves her clients well. She has practiced both litigation and corporate law, having spent many years in a top-tier civil litigation practice before transitioning to in-house corporate law roles. She has held legal and business management roles at a senior level in the private and public sector. And, most recently, she founded her own law practice, Bespoke Law, through which she provided legal and privacy support to clients primarily in the health sector.
