Max’s practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions. He joined Blakes as a summer student in 2012 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2013/2014.
During his articles, Max was seconded to the legal department of one of Canada’s leading financial institutions, where he worked on a variety of corporate, securities and compliance matters.
