Andrew returns to the firm after serving as an Assistant Crown Attorney prosecuting criminal cases in Toronto.

Andrew has a broad commercial litigation practice, having been counsel on significant and complex commercial disputes. He has conducted dozens of trials and is trusted by public and private clients alike with commercial disputes, investigations, administrative and regulatory matters, judicial reviews, professional liability, insolvency litigation, and white-collar criminal litigation.

Andrew clerked for the judges of the Ontario Superior Court, with a focus on the Commercial List and Class Actions.
