Raj provides strategic advice to his clients, opines on land use planning and development issues and has experience negotiating and drafting various land development agreements. Raj regularly appears before the Ontario Municipal Board, municipal committees and councils. He is also experienced in arguing consent and/or minor variance applications before the Committee of Adjustment and the Ontario Municipal Board.
